MEETING MINUTES

MINUTES OF THE BOARD MEETING

MINUTES OF THE BOARD MEETING of LAKEVIEW HILLS WATER held at   WATER WELL LOT on the 25th day of April, 2026.

The following members were present, constituting the entire   board:
 Shirley Brasuel
 Tim Wegesin

Additionally, the following property owners were present: Joann   Smith, Mike Jossa.

Previous minutes dated 03/24 were reviewed and approved by   majority.

Standing Business

Mike Jossa stated the pump and water well were working properly,   pumping 3 gallons a minute vs. previous 2.4 gallons a minute.

Old Business

Tim Wegesin gave an update on the status of TCEQ pertaining to   the fines that have been assessed. He   is in direct communication with TCEQ regarding the 4 separate violations, and   is working to condense all into one and pursue the inability of Lakeview Hills to pay the fines. He is working on a proposed settlement to   bring the water department in compliance and has 180 days to complete. 

Tim stated the long term solution for Lakeview Hills is to merge   with a larger water source such as the city of Lago Vista. He is continuing his dialog with the Lago   Vista Mayor. The cost to the current system to replumb distribution lines would cost well over $150,000. A new, deeper well would cost   $200,000. 

New Business

· Mike Jossa has been put as an administrator on the website so he   can alert when we have a boil notice.

· The well lot fence repairs and maintenance were completed by   Tim.

· Joann Smith discussed revising the Bylaws and will send a draft   to Tim when completed.

· It was discussed that after two months of non-payment, a past   due notice will be posted.

Next Meeting

Unless an emergency meeting is scheduled, the next regular   meeting will be on April 2027. Date   and time to be announced.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned.
